Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of our goods we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately.


Returns & Claims

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on our products as they are food items
  • Refunds will be given if products are faulty or damaged
  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Photographic proof is required for claims
  • Do no dispose of any packaging or product if you wish to submit a claim
  • If an order is returned by the carrier or customs due to a delivery or import issue, only the product will be refunded. Not the delivery costs.



Our policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Item must be in original packaging. Item must be sent within 48 hours after submitting claim.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do no send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Such as any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification via email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your claim is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original form of payment.



Refunds will be processed via the same method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

You will be emailed a notification when the refund has been processed.
